According to Ahlul Bayt News Agency, ABNA, the members of the high council of Ahlul Bayt World Assembly have issued a statement in the end of their 160th session which was held in Mashhad, Iran.
In this statement, Muslim World issues like Iraq issues, Takfiri movements, Sheikh Ali Salman’s Detention and killing of Shias in Saudi Arabia have been addressed. The statement is as follows:

At the birth time of the great prophet of God, Muhammad Mustafa (PBUH & HP) and Imam Jafar Sadiq (AS) -Which is rightly called the unity week- the High Council of the World Assembly of Ahlul Bayt (PBUH) held its 160th session near the Imam Ali al-Ridha (A) tomb.
Members of the high council in the two-day meeting, evaluated the latest developments in the Islamic world and the general status of the followers of Ahlul Bayt (PBUH) and at the end of this session, to draw the world to consider the following points:
1. Members of the high Council of the Ahlul Bayt World Assembly(PBUH) express their special thanks to the courageous stance and wise sayings of Grand Ayatollahs, especially the supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, in enlightenment and illumination of the Muslim public opinion of dangers and threats of Takfiri armed groups and urged them to maintain their unity, cohesion and to deal with this evil American, Zionist, Baathist phenomenon
2. Members of the high council expressed their appreciation of the successful and influential holding of the “World Congress of Extremist and Takfiri Movements in Muslim scholars’ view” and thanked Grand Ayatollahs Makarem Shirazi and Jafar Sobhani.
3. Members of the high Council of the Ahlul Bayt World Assembly (PBUH) while honoring the courage of millions of mourners whose epic march towards Karbala in Arba’een surprised the world and displayed Shiite world power and integrity, thanked the authorities, governments and peoples of Iraq and Iran who played a key role in facilitating and hosting worthy pilgrims of Karbala.
4. Members of the council while condemning the atrocities of terrorist and Takfiri groups in killing innocent and defenseless people around the world -especially in Syria and Iraq- honored the resistance and recent victories of the army, the people and the brave tribes in retaking the occupied areas and banishment of ISIS from the areas under their occupation and wished their success in achieving peace and security and complete liberation of the occupied territories from Takfiri contamination and thugs of the tyrant “Hebrew, Arabic, Western-oriented” countries.
5. Members of the council while supporting the resistance and resilience of the Muslims in Bahrain in demanding their legal and civil rights, called for the immediate and unconditional release of ” Sheikh Ali Salman,” Secretary General of the al-Wefaq Islamic Society of Bahrain and all its political prisoners and condemned illegal and inhumane acts of the Al Khalifa regime.
6. Members of the council strongly condemned Saudi regime’s repressive measures in oppressing and shedding the blood of people of Hijaz and demanded the release of prisoners.
7. Members of the high Council of the Ahlul Bayt World Assembly, inspired by the deeds of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH & HP) and his household (PBUH), invited the Muslims to maintain their unity and integration and to avoid disputes and discordance. And recommended everyone to follow and abide by the guidelines of Imam Khomeini and supreme leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Khamenei.
