Ahlul Bayt News Agency –After conversion to Islam, the German newly-Muslim lady introduced the love and affection toward Imams (A.S.) as the source of her calmness.
This German lady who has got an Iranian originality converted to Islam on the night of Imam Hadi’s martyrdom.
Regarding her conversion, this lady referred to Qur’an’s impact and the Shi’ite source books as the reasons of her choice and added, “Studying religious books are one of my interests and by studying such books I have got familiar with the Holy Qur’an and the heavenly religion of Islam and finally I decided to choose it.”
This newly-Muslim lady said, “As soon as I got entered to the holy Shrine of Imam Reza (A.S.), I found a special calmness feeling in my heart.”
She stressed, “I am so happy since I have the opportunity to visit Imam Reza’s (A.S.) Holy Shrine and when I am here I feel a kind of closeness to God and Imam Reza (A.S.).”
Referring to the acceptance of Islam by the open-minded people in the case of right understanding of it, she said, “There is much intellectual and spiritual readiness for knowing Islam in the western countries and this capacity must be used to introduce and spread this nice religion.”
This lady who has chosen Maryam has her new name added, “To introduce Islam to the non-Muslim people I have translated and published a book in Germany which has been written by Allameh Majlesi and has had a great influence on me which I have tried to translate it in a very simplified and understandable form.”
This newly-Muslim lady said, “Hijab is not only coverage but a deep belief and it is a response to the call of nature (Fitrah) and shows the Islamic culture and civilization.”
It should be noted that some cultural packages including books and Qur’an in German were offered to her by the Office of Non-Iranian Pilgrims of Astan Quds Razavi.
